Participants should be explicitly asked for their consent to participate in the study after being informed about its purpose and how the data will be handled (cf. Declaration of Helsinki). I.e., on the intro page (contact / privacy) there should be...

another box: "Consent Form" (in addition to Privacy and Contact)
a checkbox with a customizable text (default maybe: "I agree to participate in this study.")
the option to download this page

In connection to this, we should then also reconsider the "Privacy" and "Contact" links that are shown during participation: probably delete "Privacy" and integrate "Contact" e.g. in the footer.
