Describe the bug

Trying to instal 2fast from both the command line and the microsoft app store resulted in an infinite wait for the program to install. At the command line it gave the text The publisher requires that you view the above information and accept the agreements before installing. Do you agree to the terms? [Y] Yes [N] No: y Starting package install... | and never moved on.

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Given the following environment Win 11 OS build 22631.2787 Execute the command winget install 9P9D81GLH89Q from powershell. Same behaviour from cmd.

Expected behavior

I expect the program to install and inform me that the installation was complete.

I cannot reproduce that the installation hangs. Is the Microsoft Store blocked as a source by your firewall?
