Exactly horizontal edges don't render. #338

Looks like this issue is back.

I can't replicate this. I tried it on the DFA and BFS plugins.

@cj, I played around some more, it looks like it only happens with the nodes are SVG's.

So, I was able to replicate this on Windows last night, but I can't replicate this on Linux using the most recent master branch. I suspect it has something to do with high resolutions, but I'm not sure how to debug this, since drawing edges is not special cased for node images or anything, and it's not like this bug is manifesting when the nodes are regular shapes.

Also, it is possible that the bug fixed itself when I took out image from Shapes, since I haven't had a chance to test for this bug on Windows, yet.
