[bug] Using latest chart version fails #89

Context

I tried to use the latest chart version https://2i2c.org/binderhub-service/ for the hub deployed at https://sciencecore.opensci.2i2c.cloud and hitting the build image resulted in the following error:

Error resolving ref for gh:binder-examples/conda/HEAD: HTTP 599: error setting certificate verify locations:
  CAfile: /etc/pki/tls/certs/ca-bundle.crt
  CApath: none

Proposal

Didn't do any investigation on why this is happening, but figured we should track the issue.
