Add info to the documention #90

Fixes https://github.com/2i2c-org/binderhub-service/issues/85 and moves a small bit of how binderhub-service works from https://github.com/2i2c-org/infrastructure/pull/3749 to here. The installation was split into multiple tutorials sections

Also fixes https://github.com/2i2c-org/binderhub-service/issues/32

I would also like to get https://github.com/2i2c-org/binderhub-service/issues/32 into this PR, so I'll come back on this tomorrow and polish the explanation section a bit more.

This is now ready for review.

The info in the tutorials was just copied and spit from the readme, no alterations to the content have been made.

The new info is in the explanation section: https://binderhub-service--90.org.readthedocs.build/en/90/explanation/architecture-and-implementation.html

Would love for @consideRatio's feedback on the correctness of the info there and for @sgibson91's thoughts on how easy to understand the content overall is and if diataxis was correctly followed. Thank you 🚀
