Landing/gallery page AGU 2024 Demos #3

In our Project Pythia partnership, we developed a gallery landing page to show off cookbooks. This gallery was built with myst.

For the AGU 2024 demos, we need a landing page and with 'gallery' to aggregate the demos created.

This page should be branded as a 2i2c site (logos, colours) and include

While this is initially needed for AGU 2024, it is assumed that we will be able to repurpose it to an evergreen marketing/sales assets in the future.

@jnywong had previously spun up with is almost fit for purpose: https://github.com/2i2c-org/demo-gallery

I think it we should build off of that for the AGU demos.
