Bizdev call-to-action for AGU

Write a welcome message to AGU participants explaining the purpose and intent of these demos.

• Add a clear 'call-to-action' such as signing up with an email address for additional information
  • Create a Google Form to solicit contact information
• Include details of Jim's talk at AGU (time / location / abstract) and explicit invitation to seek Jim out at AGU.
• Include a link to Jim's scheduling app (@colliand please advise your preference here). Can be stubbed for the first draft.
