This adds some quick documentation about editing .bash_profile and some of the perils of editing it.
This doesn't say how to actually get the alternative shells like zsh to work, it just notes the pitfalls. If anybody knows the incantation to make zsh work on a jupyterhub (probably involves manually updating paths?) then please share or push to this PR!
