Co-write a blog post with Cryo Cloud about using Linux Desktop inside JupyterHub #2575

@MattF-NSIDC is helping run a workshop with the CryoCloud Hub that is using the ability of Linux Desktop to launch inside JupyterHub to use Qgis, and it is quite helpful! We should turn this into a blog post on the Jupyter blog.
