This is the third issue of its kind, where the previous was #4884.

Definition of done

I put in 8h of work in the jupyterhub ecosystem purely nagivated by my JupyterHub team member hat on
I provide an overview of work that was done in this issue before closing

5h on friday: z2jh 4 release focused work. I for example tested z2jh 4.0.0-beta.4 in 2i2c infra and followed up with some fixes detected for jupyterhub, and did some convenience things for people to upgrade in kubespawner, and prepared ldapauthenticator 2's release
1.5h on monday: maintenance of jupyter-rsession-proxy as prompted by issue triaging in tljh, and cut the tljh 2.0.0 release after a beta.1 has been out a while without issues.
0.5h on monday: jupyterhub 5.2.1 and kubespawner 7.0.0 release stuff
