We should refine https://github.com/2i2c-org/infrastructure/issues/5054, to identify what work actually needs to be done.

[ ] The person who is responsible for getting that P&S initiative completed is identified and has capacity
[ ] https://github.com/2i2c-org/infrastructure/issues/5054 has subtasks that can be completed
[ ] The timeline for the initiative is committed to
