- [x] Determine the required size of the EBS volume based on the current size of the staging home dirs
- [x] Deploy an EBS volume of the appropriate size via terraform

Definition of Done

[ ] An EBS volume for the nmfs-openscapes staging hub exists

Staging hub home dirs are currently only 2MB in size, so I'll provision a disk size of 1GB and we can go from there.
