- [x] Determine the required size of the EBS volume based on the current size of the prod home dirs
- [x] Deploy an EBS volume of the appropriate size via terraform

After speaking to the community champion (@eeholmes), we have tentatively decided on getting a 512GB volume with 64GB per user limits
