The quay.io/2i2c/2i2c-hubs-image was a user environment image being the default image for hubs at one point in time, but using a centralized image like that was something we phased out. See for example https://github.com/2i2c-org/infrastructure/issues/2674 about that.
The image is now phased out and not used by any of 2i2c's hubs. So, I figure its time to archive the github repo as well.
