Clean up our old repositories, issues, and projects

Context

Over the past year we amassed a bit of clutter in our repositories, issues, and projects. We have some duplication going on, and this makes it harder to have a "source of truth" for coordination and generally lowers the signal-to-noise of our collaboration spaces.

Proposal

We should do a quick push through our issues, repositories, and projects to close, clean up, merge, etc anything that needs pruning.

Updates and actions

Here are some suggested steps to take:

• [ ] Search through our open issues and merge or close any obvious / outdated ones
• [ ] Archive any old repositories that we don't use anymore
• [ ] Archive old GitHub projects we don't use anymore

cc @damianavila - I think we discussed this in Slack or something but I thought it'd be better to have an issue to track it. If you can think of anything that I'm missing let me know.

This one will be the most time-consuming and probably we will need to do it in steps/stages.
