We should setup a GitHub workflow that builds and pushes the image at https://github.com/2i2c-org/unnamed-thingity-thing/tree/main/harness via chartpress. This will then be used by the evaluator.

[ ] Create a GitHub workflow that uses chartpress to build and push the image under the 2i2c org on quay
[ ] Changes the evaluator script so that it uses that image
