Fix calendar / scheduling for EBP team meetings

In the latest EBP team meeting we realized that some of the scheduling infrastructure wasn't working properly.

• [x] The calendar wasn't available to the public, need to make it public
• [x] It also seems to only have one event on it, need to add more events for the future meetings
• [x] Unclear who "owns" the calendar, so we may need to create a new one if need be
• [x] Add an item for sending a link to the Google Calendar so that people know the right time
• [x] Add an item for posting both an AUS and a California time zone so that we don't accidentally mix up the day
