The intelligent cache system doesn't reload all cached data but just those that have changed. This saves an additional amount of time and increases the performance further. To prevent a custom cache solution just for the Ultimate CMS, an appropriate solution will be suggested on all-WCF level. That way every single application and plugin would benefit from this system.
This issue here is merely used as a pool of ideas.
