Publish artifacts to Maven Central #1

Status: I have a Sonatype JIRA account, and filed an issue requesting them to 
host my project: https://issues.sonatype.org/browse/OSSRH-1823

This issue was updated by revision r7.

Sonatype OSS replied that I should use groupId "no.antares", ref 
https://issues.sonatype.org/browse/OSSRH-1823

   Group Id: no.antares  (was: no.antares.tsk)

updating groupId to no.antares so you can deploy any artifacts of this groupId 
(or subGroupId of it)

I now have access to publish snapshots. I need a releasable version to try and 
push to Maven Central, so I pushed in a new Issue
