I need the following to work before I can create a releasable candidate and use 
component at Antares:
Refresh Oracle database from json file(s)
Complex tables, start with WEB_SCORECARD, but we really need most tables 
(Credential+grou, CustomerCommunication, partners+products)

This issue was updated by revision r8.

Pulled out db-implementation agnostic code to make AbstractDB and 
AbstractDBTest, TstDerbyDb inherits and implemenrts Derby-specific code. 
Prepared for Oracle-specific implementation of AbstractDB (but copied code from 
Derby for now)
