Package is now building in devel:languages:haskell:ghc-8.10.x/ghc-recursion-schemes

Package added in https://github.com/opensuse-haskell/configuration/pull/30, may need downgrade later (https://github.com/opensuse-haskell/configuration/pull/31), currently out of tree patch is used...
