The source for 2.0 is not available at: http://packages.2ndquadrant.com/pglogical/tarballs/

Also see Issue #90.

I am not seeing the 1.2.2 --> 2.0 sql upgrade script in the repo. There has been no activity on the repo since 1/8/2017, so I am not sure that it reflects the current state.

I see the tarball for 2.0 is up now. However there is an issue in using it #93.
