"Preferences" window doesn't open until "Show Editor Window" is clicked in 0.8.6 #148

When I click the "Preferences" option nothing happens, the preferences window does not appear. Only if I click "Show Editor Window" then both of them appear.

Using macOS High Sierra 10.13.5 and Gas Mask 0.8.6
