Unable to change combined host file #151

In El Capitan 10.11.6, Gas Mask v0.8.6, I'm unable to modify —add or subtract files— a combined host: In the Editor Window, the plus/minus buttons —nor menus— do not work, no matter if the combined host file is active or not.
