FEAT: Zell ID search UI #9

Enable the feature by changing value of 'REACT_APP_SEARCH_BY_ZELLID' feature flag to true. Notice: this is a none functional UI change. We will continue the development after figuring out a better api endpoint.

Works great. Can see the functionality switched off. Think next update just hide the toggle to not confuse people actually trying to use it
