cluster observations at low zoom level for a better look #120

in order to not display too much icons at low zoom level, group observations together

animated clustering is OK, added a popup when clicking on a cluster, displaying the list of observations grouped together, with minimalist information along with the direct link to each one (easier to discuss with other people : just send tis link) added a tooltip displaying only the direct link to the observation contained in a cluster
