Empty the trash #123

Hello,

Is it possible to empty the trash with a button? Or only through the mysql database?

Hi, I have juste checked : it seems that the observations could be directly deleted few years ago. Now, when we delete them, the are moved to the basket. For the moment, there is no way to delete them completely from the basket. Feel free to send a merge request!!
