feat: add documentation for setting up a cmfive local dev environment #14

Dear Adam, You can check the changes on my branch https://github.com/2pisoftware/cmfive-docs/tree/feature/installationUpdatesAndHelp on this file and other relevant files. I have to go over the requirements file and update the tutorial menu yet, but let me know if you're happy with the information on installation.

Hi @Tinystep1,

The guide in the installationUpdatesAndHelp branch you linked is quite out of date. If you open up a pull request I can go through and point out any issues. Also I'd prefer it to follow a step by step guide as I think it's easier to follow when setting Cmfive up.
