Current Behavior / Expected Behavior

The entity-pickers / dropdowns sometime show a strange label when a sub-item is created/added.

Example: a blog post can have tags, and if the tags are created in the same process, a second/third new tag will result in strange labels.

The data is not corrupted, but the user can get insecure thinking he broke something.

Your environment
