In version 17, the style of disabled fields seems to have changed, possibly by accident.
Old UI for disabled presentation options:
New UI for disabled presentation options:
In addition, on version 16 the cursor remained default when hovering on the disabled form fields, but in version 17 the cursor changes to pointer when hovering on the disabled form fields. This makes things look interactive when they are not.
