Bug: Prefill on fields of type entity-picker doesn't work on multi-language. #3405

Current Behavior / Expected Behavior

Prefill on entity-fields works, but not if it's an new entity-picker field - unless it's single-language only

Reason seems to be that the field config is currently wrong, stating that it can be translated.
