Issue in compile template with AppCode for inner-conent app on Oqtane

Current Behavior / Expected Behavior

Inner-content app is not working as expected. There is exception related to compiling template with AppCode.

Instructions to Reproduce the Problem

1. In an Oqtane Static Server site, add a new page and include the Accordion app.
2. Add content to the first accordion.
3. Restart Oqtane and navigate to the new page (e.g., http://localhost:44357/ss01/p1#a-159905).
4. Expand the accordion and observe the following exception:
