Add japanese.json #11

In Japanese translation, modifying any textures is not required. So, simply merging this and releasing (with updating the version in manifest.json) work well.

I would change the cipher text when you make editable cipher texture in Unity. Thanks.

I updated japanese.json for Patch 1.2. I think it is completed, so you can merge it. Thank you for your many helps for translations!
