Change to use new Existing Dialogue feature in NH 1.18.9 #5

Works with the NH 1.18.9 which is now released

The benefits to doing this is that it will be compatible with other mods and translations will not require any duplicate translations to be written, and won't overwrite untranslated text back into English.
