Bumped to 1.16.4, No code changes added some stuff to .gitignore #6

I added some stuff to the .gitignore mostly because however my dev environment is set up it was trying to upload a bunch of Gradle cache stuff.

No problem! I mostly just did this because I was playing with a modpack and really wanted to use this mod in 1.16.4 lol.

Does it not work under 1.16.4? I'll release an update then.

idk I think I tried to use it on 1.16.4 awhile ago and it didn't work so I kind of assumed the current version that was out wouldn't work for it either. So there is a decent possibility that it does work and I was just being dumb.
