On-screen hint when adding new users doesn't match UI #234

Tested: 1.5.0-beta URL: /auth/groups/users?edit

Hint: Use the + icon to add a user to this group Use the x icon to remove a user from this group without deleting the user account

Problem: Both icons appear to be hyperlinks but are not. Either they should be spans or they should do something. The only way to add users appears to be to start typing a new name in the members lists which is not mentioned in the hint.
