remove trailing whitespaces in cython code too #101

this is a rather trivial one, I think. Should be straightforward.

Thanks, I'll merge it shortly. We will be doing a release of SnapPy very soon, so this PR and the most recent one for Spherogram are the last ones I'll be merging until the release is done.
