skipping python 3.6 on MacOS ; trying to fix the current CI failure

so this does indeed fix the CI : please merge

I don't think that failure has anything to do with macOS + Python 3.6, there is randomization involved and sometimes it just fails. In any event, we support that combo for the moment, so it needs to stay in the CI. However, I reran the CI on #73 and this time everything works fine. I will tweak this test to try to prevent this in the future.
