clickable permalinks next to headers appear in markdown, but not in asciidoc

Unfortunately, the geekdocs theme doesn't support permalinks for asciidoc, as per https://github.com/thegeeklab/hugo-geekdoc/issues/152. Will need to migrate to a different Hugo theme, or another Asciidoc supported SSG, s.a., https://github.com/DocOps/asciidocsy-jekyll-theme
