API to get logs from container #58

In shipyard use case, I as node.js app developer should be able to get logs from my app. We need to design this API but I think it should be part of deployment API (Josh) but does not have to be done by Josh. :-)

Should it really be part of deployment service or is it a new API by itself? Let's discuss it. @mpnally
