Hi, this is the initial pass of the shipyardctl refactor, containing work from prior to my leave/break and some changes from recently. This is not entirely ready, and needs to be reviewed and demo'd for feedback. Also, several API changes have to be completed that changes mentioned in #51 depend on.
As such, I just wanted to get the work i had done up somewhere in preparation for review/further changing.
