https error in IE: mixed content warning #76

When running KFM in https, internet explorer throws the typical mixed content 
warning:

"This page contains both secure and nonsecure items. Do you want to display the 
non secure items"

Easily fixed by changing the references to jquery/jqueryui to be https.  One 
possible patch attached (sorry if you don't like the <?= ?> notation).
