When the encounter has too many characters to be displayed in a single screen, the tracker view can be scrolled to show every characters.
Currently, when clicking "next" the current character can go off screen and require manual scrolling to see it. An automatic scrolling be implemented but i am not sure if it is always desirable. Two option are possibles:
Always adjust the scrolling position after a click on "next" such that the current actor is at a specific position in the screen (the first or second line ?)
Only adjust the scrolling position when the current actor go off screen. ie when the turn go back to the first position, move the view up and when the current actor go "down" in the view move the view by only one step down.

Does anyone has preference for this ?
