with replicas 3, it wont work #149

can this made to work in prod env with 3 replicas and proper persistence of data.

why do you use 3 replias = 4 instances? Number of instances are normally odd (3,5,7) allowing the majority with (1,2,3) instances down. Adding even instance number brings no benefit just adds network traffic.
