Issue a warning in user.script regarding the prepending of LIBS: #10

user.script prepends the path to the self-contained "clib2.library" that comes with the final lha file created on the cross machine.

The user then runs the tests on the AmigaOne machine. In order to ensure that the correct clib2.library is used, the script prepends the path to the self contained .library and prepends it to LIBS:.

At the end, it then sets LIBS: back to normal - but, in the event of a crash or something like a GURU and the user clicks END TASK/PROCESS, then that user's LIBS: - I suspect - is not put back.

This ticket is to issue a warning on the AmigaOne machine informing such.
