Uploads randomly break #102

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect over bluetooth or wifi, both have same problem
2. Do bulk upload, for example using rsync

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Uploads randomly stall. If I use different phone (Nokia 6151) with same SIM
card, connections are reliable.

imap over ssh tunnel randomly disconnects.

Some problem with NAT settings?

I don't have shopsavvy installed.

It is quite easy to reproduce, just rsync some pictures, and it hangs in 95% 
cases.
If I limit outgoing bandwith with rsync option, problem goes away.
