Now unable to use Wifi - G2 Restarts #135

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Tether App
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
'Unable to scan for new networks'

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Android for HTC Hero aka g2

I am having the same issue on my droid charge. The wifi is going through a loop 
(scanning, connecting, disconnecting)  Please, help ASAP!!!

I have the same issue,wifi cycles scanning, connecting, disconnecting but its 
not a big deal for me. I have a droid charge with the Ecplise rom ee4 and PB&J 
kernal.

I'm having the same problem, when i try to connect to Wifi it just says error 
and won't let me connect

Same problem here on my galaxy S 2.  Please fix this, as this bug is 
unacceptable. I require wifi on my phone at work.

Love your app, one of the only onse I have found that works with a rooted 
Samsung proclaim.  But I am having saem problem the wifi state is not returning 
after  hotspot is turned off.  instead it says error.  not a huge deal as 
rebooting fixes this  and I dont use hotspot that often just 'in a pinch'  so 
rebooting afterwards is tollerable but would be great if you get a chance to 
fix it.

Oh forgot to mention but the metering doesnt work for the samsung 
proclaim(illusion) would be a nice feature if possible

I've the error issuse on my rooted galaxy precedent have to reboot my phone 
after turning the tether off.
