Upgrade ALL Branches To LemLib v0.5.2, PROS 4

again, not really much of a big issue, just standard procedures, so not including a standard contributing guidelines-type format here. essentially:

• auton selector needs PROS 4 for an upgraded version of LVGL
• LemLib has moved on to v0.5.2 and we obviously need to keep our dependencies in sync with them; LemLib no longer supports PROS 3 so we gotta make the switch!

HOWEVER, do note that this may break some functionality, so that's why this is an issue: we need to debug all branches' code after the upgrade and make sure they work with PROS 4, adjusting code as necessary.
