Fps sometime drops back to 60fps on borderless mode ? #132

It doesn't occur on exclusive fullscreen but this mode causes the game to freeze sometime after alt tab-ing

Are you, by any chance, using an AMD GPU, @justpeow? I can confirm the existence of this problem on my ASUS TUF Gaming RX 6800 XT GPU sometimes but not always.

No im using a nvidia card, i found out that the problem is because i have 2 screens and the other one is 60hz and whenever i play a video it just capped every borderless application to 60. Exclusive fullscreen solves everything tho
