Unlocker doesnt close by itself after closing genshin #385

When i reclick the unlocker it says its already running so when i go to open genshin manually it caps itself back to 60fps. A fix would be the unlocker stops running when genshin is opened so i can use the unlocker as the launcher instead but that isnt the case so how do i open the game a 2nd time and keep the fps change without it reverting to 60fps?
